We offer an all-inclusive Life Care contract, which includes an entrance fee and a monthly service fee, and offers unlimited access to a complete continuum of care  – Assist­ed Liv­ing, Mem­o­ry Care, Skilled Nurs­ing Care and  Short-Term Reha­bil­i­ta­tion – for life! It’s a plan that protects you from the financial risk of expensive long-term care.

Understanding the costs of a Life Plan Community

Life Plan Communities are entrance fee communities, which means you pay a one-time entrance fee to secure lifetime availability and priority access to living options  and healthcare services. So you can enjoy life knowing you have a safety net for your future care and you’ll never be asked to leave, even if you run out of funds.

Entrance Fees

An entrance fee is a one-time, lump sum that you pay to live in the community. It’s based upon factors such as the square footage, the view and the number of occupants. The entirety or a portion of the entrance fee may be refundable based upon the Life Care Contract you choose.

At Cascade Village, entrance fees start at $365,925 for a one-bedroom home and increase, based on the size of the residence and the number of total occupants (maximum of two per residence). Many residents sell their existing homes to finance their entrance fee.

Levels of Care

Cascade Village is a satellite independent living community, but we offer access to a continuum of care through our Josephine Stanwood campus. You’ll have unlimited access to a complete continuum of healthcare services, including assisted living, short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing and memory care — all at a predictable cost. It’s a plan that protects you from the financial risk of expensive long-term care.
